I told you all that I was working on a purse for my sister in law. I was a little nervous doing a purse since I had never done one. I was also trying to get some other sewing projects done. I found myself with some time to at least start on the purse and found that I really enjoyed it. I kept finding more and more time to sew on it. I do have to say that I was tempted to keep it for myself. It is very cute and I hope that she will like it. My daughter wanted to model it for us.

This is a picture of the inside of the purse taken in a hurry on my way out the door. It has two pockets on each side and on one side it even has a spot for a pen or pencil.
She sent me another pattern of another really cute purse that I will make as well.
Today I also bought several really cute towels from Target to turn into pull over bibs for babies and toddlers and a couple cute towels for grocery sack holders. I will also be working on a sunflower table runner and a grape themed table runner.

Lacie make a purse for my birthday (Penny)! It is beatiful, weel-made and sturdy. I use it every week. We went to the mountains on snowmachines to get a Christmas tree on Saturday. Jory and Jaleigh went with us. We babysat Hallie (6 months now) on Sunday. She was an angel.
Sorry Penny for not replying. I just barely saw your comment. I'm glad that you like your purse. I miss snow. I wish we had snow here.
